Picasa2 is available

In case folks haven't heard, Picasa2 is available for free
download from www.picasa.com  This is a fine piece of image
cataloguing software which also has basic editing capability
and an easy to use "email picture" function.  Check it out!

Thanks for that Swingman.
Can you tell me if Picasa still displays the catalog thumbnail pic after the
main photo file has been copied to CD and then deleted?

I guess I'd have to run a test to see if Picasa 2 automatically removes thumbnails when the original picture has been removed.  However, there is a "refresh thumbnails" option available on the menu which should accomplish this if it doesn't take care of itself.

Thankyou. I have DL a copy to play with so will see how we go  :~)
