I am new here ...what is a "ZLR"?

In Google, type define:ZLR.   It will point you here:

For the purposes of this newsgroup, ZLR cameras are the larger cameras
which look like SLRs and offer full manual control, but don't have
interchangeable lenses.  Sony 828, Nikon 8800, Panasonic FZ20/FZ30 etc.

Not cameras with interchangeable lenses (DSLR), nor tiny shirt
pocket-sized cameras with purely an on/off switch and a shutter release!
