No, but you can do what I do with my Pelican cases.  I use that black foam
that is used for shipping electronics.  You can pick up loads of the stuff
for free from your local electronics surplus outlet.  This stuff beat the
hell out of that "Pick & Pluck" crap Pelican supplies in their cases.
