I own a Panasonic LZ20 and I bought a Toshiba 2gb SDcard. I tested it
today. I took a picture, it shows up on the LCD, but when I try to download
the image XP says there is "no supported memory card". I'm going on a trip
tomorrow! Any ideas? I can't find anything in the manual about formatting
the card.

It sounds like you are using the card in the camera connected to XP.
XP isn't reading your camera correctly. You can either contact
Panasonic for help in getting the camera properly connected to the
computer (or install the software included with the camera, if you
haven't done this already), or buy a memory card reader.

If the camera shows the image in the LCD, the card doesn't need
formatting.
How are you trying o view the card? If you're connecting the camera to
the computer, everything must be just right.
Far better to get a card reader; XP will see the card as an external
drive, allowing you do copy'n'paste easily.

THIS IS A SIG LINE; NOT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY!
Don Imus met with the Rutgers women's basketball
team Thursday and apologized to them for hours.
It left a sour taste. Don Imus just got a telegram
from the Stetson showroom in New York saying if
he's going to grovel he will have to give back the hat.
