Hi Group
Not totally OT, but not DSLR.
Sister in Law just come back from a wonderful holiday and lost the images on
their compact digi cam.
I believe that someone was "playing" with the camera trying to get the
remote control to work and they think they have somehow screwed the card up.
We live too far away to "nip around the corner" and have a look! - May even
be the camera, but lets start with the card, first.
Not sure what the card is, but can anybody suggest a best step /solution for
recovering images, please? Based in Essex UK.

Maybe this is too late but this small program is a free download I
have found very useful- Digital Image recovery -570K does all you want.
