I am a lawyer investigating claims that some companies conspired to
fix the price of flash memory used in digital cameras.  I am
particularly interested in talking to people who purchased flash
memory from www.crucal.com.

If you have any information about this, or have been affected by the
conspiracy, please contact me via e-mail
(g.blanchfield@rwblawfirm.com), or call me at 651-287-2100.

Thanks very much.

Question: Is spelling crucial?

Interesting disclaimer to tack onto a *usenet* posting. :-)

Should we *all* call and let him know that we received it in
error?  Or is there a way that we can determine whether we all *are* the
intended recipient(s)?

    Enjoy,

Typical lawyer ... always got to bend the truth.

I always get my cards from either www.lexur.com or www.sindisk.com

Do your own dirty work, fuckwit.

I heard about this conspiracy... there was a second memory card in a
camera bag off in the shadows on the grassy knoll... Gerald Ford was
looking into it.

That's what we need. Some trial lawyer suing the flash memory card makers.
They will have to buy him off, paying him millions, and pass the cost onto
us. This is consumer 'protection' only Tony Soprano would understand.

Good luck, turkey. If the price of flash memory today is any
criterion, your suit will go just where it should go: in the toilet.
One company isn't enough to fix memory prices when others want to
increase sales. Check the prices of CF cards three or four years ago
versus those same prices today and close your file.

And learn how to spell Crucial.

This time they're just going to keep
