Try the Custom Brackets

http://www.custombrackets.com/

the site has very usable selection features to help you match your
camera(s) configuration with a bracket and accessories for your needs.

As to flash, I'd suggest you check out your camera system's options
first, as those are likely to give you as much control as your camera
provides. Then depending on what features you want to compromise, add to
or match find a third party brand that gives you those.

If you want more specific help, you may need to tell us what you got
camera system wise.

Thanks!!  I know I'm putting the cart before the horse - but I don't
yet have a digital camera.  I intend to go 35mm (and could use some
recommendations there too).  I'm looking for high-end all the way (but
not as high as the Nikon systems I've seen - too expensive for my
blood).
