Has anyone bought any photo gear from these guys? They have pretty
good review on PriceGrabber, and a little lower price on the Canon 5D
than B&H.
Thanks in advance,
Hack

Yes, I bought an SB 600 flash for my Nikon, with a USA warranty. I placed my
order in the early afternoon and the flash was delivered the Next day!
I was very pleased, I didn't specify next day delivery...

I have also bought from them. UPS ground is next day for all of the NYC
metropolitan area.

And usually central Connecticut also, which is what I call quick shipping
from New Jersey. You just can't beat BuyDig.com for fast shipping -- or for
lowest price.

They are Beach Camera (also check their ratings at www.resellerratings.com,
they are also excellent). I've bought from them under both website names
without any problems and they are on my "A" list of sellers (along with
www.bhphotovideo.com and www.17photo.com).

If it's only a little lower, I'd still support B&H.
I have bought from buydig.com in the past when they had significantly
lower prices. They try to upsell you on a lot of overpriced extras
(or at least they did) but for the raw camera bodies a few years ago
they were much cheaper than anyone else reputable.
The stuff I bought from them arrived on time and all that jazz, no
surprises.

I have NEVER had Buydig.com try to sell me ANYTHING other than what I was
ordering, and I have bought from them many times. And they ship faster than
B&H, or at least the last time I bought anything from B&H (several years
ago).

You must've missed the time where buydig had the multi screen ordering
process that defaulted to adding a digital camera essentials pack
which was a small memory card, a lens cloth and a case for like $90 or
something silly. You of course could get the camera without it but
the ordering process was set up to make that take a little effort to
achieve. They also threatened silly long shipping times at one point
unless you paid for expedited service or some such, but if you opted
out of them you still got your camera quite fast. I think buydig has
abandoned these practices since then, however.
Best Regards,
