I have misplaced the installation disks that came with my canon rebel.  The
only software downloads that I can locate are updates requiring the software
already on my computer.  Any ideas how I can get these files without having
these disks available?

I have the files in RAW format on the CF cards.  Instead of the canon
software, any other recommendations for opening the images?

Thanks.
