Books on Nikon CLS SB-800?

Any suggestions on instructional books on using an SB-800? I'd prefer
less advertisement, and more technical information on how the flash
interacts with the internal metering of a D200 or D70.

FWIW, the D70 e-book has a full chapter on flash use, iirc.
