I would like to keep the shutter open
as long as the shutter button is pressed
down, but can't find the way. Could anyone
tell me how to do it step by step, please?

1st - put on pair of glasses
2nd - find camera manual
3rd - read it.

if manual is lost then download a copy and read it.

If you're still too figging lazy to do your own dirty work then

A - search on Google for your answer

or

B - put the camera up for sale on Ebay

Based on your post "B" looks like the best option.

Set the camera to "M" (manual) mode and select "B" for
the shutter speed.
