Hi. I have a Canon digital rebel 300D and noticed recently that there are
some hairs and dust on the frame that are particularly annoying when
shooting anything bright. Strangely, they don't seem to come out in the
pictures, its just when I'm looking in the viewfinder. Is this stuff on the
sensor? How can I get rid of it? Thanks. Mike

I would think it is on your focusing screen, if your camera allows it I
would suggest removing it and brushing it out.

No, this stuff is, obviously, in the viewfinder (somewhere in the focusing
screen area).

Clean the viewfinder. Whether you can do it by yourself depends of where exactly
in the viewfinder these particles are.
