T-Mount adapter for Olympus 4/3 system?

For various reasons I was wondering if anybody makes these? I've seen
them listed in various places but only for Olympus OM series, or
un-specified Olympus.

As far as I know, you need an Olympus MF-1 adapter to convert 4/3 to OM
then the T-adapter. That's what I've used.

Well, heck. That sounds annoying but doable. You don't have any problems
with putting an adapter on an adapter?
