Hi All,

Some time ago I had read about a flash diffuser that was made by (
correct me if I am wrong here) an asian man. I have seen the Stofen and
Lumiquest, also the Omni bounce. But this one was different. You could
use it open or capped off. Anybody know which one I am talking about?

Many thanks for your info.

Gary Fong's Lightsphere?  I think some people here have spoken well
of it.  Seems a bit pricy for what it is - there's only so much magic
juju you can put in a bit of frosted plastic - but I've never used one
so I should reserve judgement.

Oh to have a lodge in some vast wilderness.  Where rumors of oppression
and deceit, of unsuccessful and successful wars may never reach me
anymore.

I just picked up one of these last week. After a couple quick test
shots, I gave my Lumiquest softbox to a friend and I'm keeping my
Lightsphere. Great little invention.

You're right, it's a little pricy, but well worth, imo.

A photojournalist I know, lost the diffuser. He has been using a white
coffe-paper-filter ever since
