Sometimes I see a watermark (copyright) added to bottom of an image. Is
there a specific software program that will add this?, as a batch process?

Thanks for any and all help.

Dave,

I use Exifer software. It is a shareware program. Not the greatest but
it works fairly well.

Which one do you recommend and why?

I recommend Imagemagick tools because they run on a variety of
operating systems, they're easy to batch (at least on Linux with a
scriptable shell) and they are free. Google "Imagemagick watermark" an
you'll get a number of examples for how to do this.

Recent issue of POPULAR PHOTO had a quick way to do it in Photoshop. No
other software necessary.
