The 10-22 arrived a couple weeks ago.  Since then it has become my "walk
around" lens.  It's noticeably sharper than the "kit" lens that came with
the 20D.  I really like this lens.

Some downsampled examples of snaps I've been taking..

The first page and half the second were taken with the 10-22.

The first 10 photos on the first page were taken with the 10-22.

I bought the lens from www.BuyDig.com for quite a bit less than I've found
else where.  Around $650.

Nice! and that is sharp & contrasty.
Looks like you are having fun.

Yes, some very good stuff there. It must give great pleasure to get
home and have all that emerge on screen.

Thanks Paul & Frank.  Mostly I get home and have all kinds of really
depressing garbage emerge on the screen.  Mostly photos that I neither
remember taking, nor can imagine what I could have been thinking when
pressing the shutter button.  Sometimes 3 or 4 different angled views of
what-the-heck-was-I-looking-at.  So I take hundreds and hundreds of photos
in the hope that I can pull off the room-full-of-one-million-monkeys trick.
:)
