unanswered. So back to reality: How to avoid top-posting when starting a
thread? Is the first line on top of nothing or second to nothing?

That depends if it's done on a Mac or a PC - personally I think it's far
better done on a PC, but not if you're a christian (oops, sorry - didn't
mean to bring religion into this debate!) :)
