Hello,
I've got a nice selection of great Konica Autoreflex Hexanon lenses, eg the
great 85-1.8 (a great portrait lens, can be compared to absolutely anything
of that kind) and a nice 100-2.8, the lovely little 40 mm, some wides and
normals and a 135 of course, and so on.
It feels too bad if they cannot find a place in this digital time. Does
someone have a suggestion, however far-fetched, so they could be used for
taking digital images?
The distance between lens mount and film plane is particularly short on the
Autoreflex lenses, so it will not be possible to make or fit an adaptor
easily either, to a Canon or Nikon body.
Maybe it would be possible to make an adaptor for some digital range finder
camera? What do you think?

You might check with a couple of the larger NYC camera stores. Your best
bet
would probably be in adapting it to a Canon due to the back focus distance
being
shorter (you can go Nikon lens to Canon body and still focus to infinity but
not the
other way around).

Konica Hexanon lenses fit the Olympus E-system with very slight
modification (basically removing the aperture lever) without adapter...

There are more articles on the subject, on this website.

Wow, this is really interesting! Far better than I hoped for. This internet
thing is truly amazing.
Now, lets wait and see what Panasonic brings out for the fourthirds system
in the PMA show.
Anyway, thanks a million,
