my question
next week i will by a dynax 7d
i have minolta lens 24-105
can i use this lens with new body DYNAX 7D
also i want to buy a tele lens
sigma 70-200 2,8 or sigma 100-300 4,0
can i use this with dynax 7d
if i put sigma 70-200 on 7D
how big is my focal lenght then

where can i get the best price in canada, B.C. Vancouver

Yes, and very good it is too.

Assuming you get a Minolta Dynax-fit Sigma lens, then yes it should. I'd not
recommend it, though, unless you can't find a better Minolta lens in your
price range.

70-200mm. Crop factor is 1.5x, so your field of view will equate to that of
a 105-300mm.

Can't help with Vancouver prices, sorry.

If it is in the Maxxum AF ("A") mount, then yes.

Shop around. Most stores had the price at CAD$2100 - $2200 before X-mas. I had
one quote that was quite a bit better in Montreal. I'm waiting for the price to
fall as it should after all you nice generous folks plunk down your money and
the sales slow a bit.

You might do better in Seattle but be careful of exchange rates and the taxes
you'd have to pay.
