It is actually a DOS program, it came from a product simulator written some time ago. Borland BGI for what it is worth. It runs full screen though it can be reduced to a window in 95/98/ME. More hmm.... A little bit of digging reveals some VGA cards under XP won't work with BGI - sorry, for now I guess it won't work on those computers.
