I got 2 gallons (minimum order) of Kodak Flexicolor Fix at B&H for about $8.
ea. How is that different from Ilford RapidFix at $25. a gallon? As I
understand it they're basically the same - ammonium thiosulfate based fixer,
ie rapid fixer. In any case I'm using the Flexicolor Fix 1:4 the same as
Rapid Fix. Works great so far. I'll have to take a peak in 25 years.

It is not our patriotic duty to send children to be butchered & slaughtered
& to butcher & slaughter others every time a general or a politician gets a
hardon for a war. Rather, it is our patriotic duty to demand the highest
burden of proof to justify war. It is also our patriotic duty to hold
treasonous, corporate whore, war criminals accountable for their actions.

Just take a look at the MSDS. Last time I looked it seemed pretty similar
to TF-3 fixer. pH is about 6.3 IIRC. It's likely even cheaper if you buy
bigger jugs.
