hey,
anyone know what kind of spray coating to use to make inkjet paper, or
any way to make inkjet paper?

Doubtful you could do this; two important qualities of inkjet paper are
1) absorbency and 2) smoothness. Most coatings would tend to make the
paper more impervious to moisture, which is the opposite of what you
want (inkjet inks being water-based).

I suggest joining the Alternative Processes mailing list.
There is a discussion of this right now. One person suggests
a coating described at: http://www.inkaid.com
