Fomapan 100 & 400 info for dev...

Hi, I have 100 and 400 35mm films; can i use the 100@200 and the
400@800or1600?
Do you know the dev time?

Hi !
I developed Fomapan 100 in D-76 1+1 for 9,5min
at 21ºC. Negatives look really nice, I liked the film very much,
but unfortunately about one half of rolls I used had thin
scratched lines from frame one till the end of the film. I got another
pack recently and tried one roll - no scratches for the moment.
But it's great pity that they can't control problems as this.
