Definitely oxidized. Good Neofin Blue is clear. It is a high acutance,
but not necessarily fine grain, compensating b&w developer, IIRC.
Works best with very slow film. I never used it. Liked HC-110. I
think I even have the formula for it around somewhere, in a notebook,
in a box, in the attic, somewhere.

If it's not Blu(e) it's not good.
