I've recently mixed up a batch of Patrick's PC-TEA. An initial couple
of rolls gave me denser than expected negatives. I'll eventually get
it sorted and I like the low fog and grain structure I'm seeing so
far. I went looking for info on the web for others' experiences and
general time/speed ratings for various films and didn't find anything.
Can anyone share some experiences and info sources? Is there a
commercial developer that has a similar activity level that I could
use as general starting point as I try different films? Thanks.

Do a Google for Jay De Fehr and see what comes up. He has probably done
more than I. What I do with an unfamiliar developer is shoot a 36
exposure roll of the same subject using box speed as the basis and cut
off a few exposures for each trial. Personal preferences play a part.
For PC-TEA 1+50 you could start with the times you would use with D-76
1:1 .That should give you something to look at.
Sorry I took so long to answer. I kept waiting for Jay to chime in.
