I picked up a bunch of enlarger goodies on eB*y recently,
including some UDOs (Unidentified Darkroom Objects).
Can anyone tell me what they are, and for what enlarger?
They don't fit my Beseler 45, I think they might be for an
Omega something-or-other.
The first item looks like some kind of turret mounting gizmo,
although it appears incomplete. It has the number 404-867
stenciled on. Here are pictures of both sides:

The second item is a flat disc with a 53mm main hole and
six mounting holes. It looks like it's a mounting flange of
some sort.

The third item is a similar disc, undrilled. It's in an envelope
marked "Simmon Omega" and has the number 421-000.
No picture, it's pretty boring.
The last item is a real mystery. The disc is spring-loaded
so that the axle can be moved in and out.

Thanks for any wisdom you can impart.

The items you show (except the spring loaded gizmo) are omega parts.
The item you show in the first 2 photos is PART of a 3 lens turret. It
is intended for a D5 (maybe D6 as well) and it's missing the part that
holds the lenses. The second item is a lens disk for a D2 type
enlarger. I suspect your other lens disk is for the same one. I don't
know what the last item is..

The "whatsit" is the track follower for a D-3 or D-4 AF track. The track
would be cut so that the enlarger would stay in focus (more or less, anyway)
as you change elevation by extending or compressing the bellows. Sounds a
lot more complicated than it really is.
