I have the ATL3 manual in German, but you can download the ATL3000
manual from jobo-usa.com, the differences between ATL2/ATL3/ATL3000
are rather small.
It is not very complicated:
- turn the program switch to the program you are going to use.
- turn the left switch to "Set"
- press "Reset"
- program all steps sequentially, the keys under the display will
change the temp or times, key under "Set 0" will go to the next step.
Any step with 00:00 will be left out. The first step will
be the volume left in the bottles, "Set Full" will do exactly that.
- turn the left switch to "Run" and press "Reset"
- Fill the bottles
- set volume and rotation speed (usually 75 RPM for 15xx and 25xx drums
and 50 RPM for 3xxx drum).
- insert drum
- press Start
The machine will wait until the temperature in the bottle with the
sensor is within +/- 0.3deg from process temperature. It will not start
if the volume left in the bottles is less than the volume you selected.
After each complete run, the volume in memory will be lowered, you have to
"fill it up" in the memory at step one of the "Set" process. This is
to protect high-volume users to make a run with empty bottles.
Fill all bottles with water after the last run and turn the program switch
to the approbiate cleaning program (the B&W-symbols). The black rectangle
shows the bottles to be cleaned. Insert a large, empty drum and press start,
this will clean the bottles and the machine. Repeat once. Don't leave this
step out, the old chemicals in the tubes will get bad and leave stains and
unwanted residue, possibly ruining the next run! Ask me how I know...

May I add one step, here:
- check if all bottle caps are tightly closed
> - set volume and ...
You may also want to check if all bottles, caps and the grommets where
the two hoses enter the bottles are perfectly air-tight. If the bottles
aren't perfectly closed or leak air there's a risk that the set amount
of process chemicals will only partially be pumped into the tank.

It is fairly similar, the programming looks different (the ATL2xxx has
a LCD display, the older ATL2 has a 7-segment LED display), but with a little
trial and error you will manage.
