Ok... obviously, they would turn out, if they turned out at all as x &
white negatives.. a quick google search reveals little on actually
doing something stupid like this.. plenty on cross processing color
film with OTHER color film chemistry, but not much on something so
horrendously ugly-making..

Still.. silver process is silver process...

Got a jug of old d-19 raring to go...

anyone?

OK, the main question is why would you want to waste color neg or color
reversal film on B&W negs when a good B&W film will do the job with much higher
quality. Do you have some extremely old outdated film you would otherwise toss
???

I would not recommend D-19 for the E-6 film, it may be too high in contrast.
Try some D-76. With the C-41 film, you will likely see a high Dmin level due to
the film's mask. But since there isn't much need for thgis, as you have found
out, thee is little information. Personally, my time is worth much  more than
the film or chemicals and I prefer to use the right tool for the job.
