I like to try these pyro developer to compare to ABC pyro, but one thing
I don't know is about quantities. WD2D+ is it just the same as WD2D with
some EDTA or there is some quantity changes in the others components ?

There is indeed a significant difference in formulation between WD2D and WD2D+. Because of my agreement with the Photographer's Formulary I can't divulge the exact quantities of the ingredients, but I can say that WD2D+ is designed for more contrast in the high end of the scale to offset the loss produced by most VC papers. WD2D+ represents the results of almost 30 years experience with WD2D.
