What's up at Ilford's place, Mobberley?

Passing Ilford's manufacturing site in Mobberley, Cheshire, UK yesterday, I
noticed that Barratt the home builders had a sign offering new apartments etc.
Anyone know what's going on? Is it just the office building that's being
converted ?

I saw that in passing three weeks ago but I'd guess was only land alongside
the street, and old unused buildings,
