I have been trying to locate this film in a bulk roll. I only heard about
it but I never managed to find it. Would anybody please let me know of a
dealer I can contact (anywhere on the globe as long as there is a phone
number or an internet email address) so that I can get a hold of this?

The APX200S - a trafic surveillance film - has nothing to do with Agfa
Scala, a bw slide film.

Strange, I can find APX 100 and 400, but not 200 in long rolls...
