The look of it, those huge curves and absolutely perfect paintjob, along with an interior that just exuded quality (still clearly acknowledging it's FJ heritage), just gave me goosebumps when I saw it in the flesh. The car is so perfectly executed, it's like you are next to a CGI creation - if you ever get the chance to see it - GO! Just kidding about the power, of course. Before winter we had a local hot-rod and classic car show in Rat Park, Warriewood. Saw some incredible cars, stuff of my youth dreams: 67'vette, 'cuda. Didn't have the camera with me and still kick myself for that! We had to Rolls Royce club come to town last year for their anual club day, there were some wonderful cars there, and like you I forgot my camera (only a p&s but its at least something) fortunately a friend who is a professional was there and I was emailed some of his shots for my own enjoyment. We were driving from Bloomington (Indiana) to Indianapolis late one night in 1960 and hit a deer. The car was so aerodynamically designed that the deer rolled across the hood and the top of the car and off the back without, as far as we could tell, any damage to the deer. We stopped and hunted, but could find no trace of the deer. The car suffered some scratches and small dents.
