Hasn't arrive mate. But don't let it bother you. MDRN (My lawyers) filed
for a court order against your ISP to provide your identity.
When it arrives they'll follow through on my instructions. Idiots like
you who think because you can't do something, it can't be done all seem
to have the same criminal attitude to taking what's not their's to take.
I hope you're cashed up mate.

Everyone else has seen the addy - why not yourself.

May I take that as a threat?
Don't you read follow-ups to your posts?
My mailing address is:
======================
PO Box 255
West Pennant Hills NSW 2125
========================
I posted this directly after you requested it in another thread two days
ago.
Why do you ask for such things if you don't intend to use them? Or read
your follow-ups?
Would you please, at your earliest convenience, provide me with the name of
your legal representative. (Not just some unverifiable acronym). Your own
name, too, as I cannot be sure who I am writing to. Mail to my box would be
nice. A post here is a bit difficult to verify, even with "Pretty Good
Protection".
Details of any charges you may wish to lay would be nice - but I don't
expect you to show your hand - just as I haven't (and won't) show mine until
I need to.
Soon as you can please, "Doug" (if that is indeed your name.)

Oh - one more thing I forgot to ask...
*Which one* of my ISPs? The one I'm using now? Optus Australia? Or one of
the others? I think a heads-up to my reps there would be polite.

How long does it take a usenet post to arrive to you?
If he had said he had posted one of your images on another site that
post would have arrived in an instant.

He has provided his identity and address, oh a staling tactic.
Please be upfront and explain how long this court action will be.
2 months?

Another 2 months

I'm thinking that once Jeff stumps up to Douggie's legal team with his own
raft of counter evidence the legal eagles will be advising the stupid
stalker to back out now before it gets real ugly for him, though I doubt
that Douggie is smart enough to take the advice (well I hope he is to dumb
to know when he is out gunned and out maneuvered) Maybe we will get to see
the "Worlds Greatest Wedding Photographer" running from the ACA reporters
with a towel draped around his fat ugly head :-)

The opinion of a Usenet stalker and demonstrated bully like you is
definitely a valuable contribution. If you had ever owned any
intellectual property and found the need to protect it, you'd know
differently than the bullshit you just posted.
It's idiots like you, spreading false information with no shred of legal
support that encourages copyright theft.
The fact is Jeff Ralph has every right to disagree with me. He has every
right to provide his own set of examples to support his argument.
What he doesn't have is any right at all to do, is use my copyright
image on his web site without my permission... For any purpose whatsoever.
The law provided a pathway for publishers and web site owners to
prosecute those people who are too lazy to create their own material and
too miserable to pay for it.
It's not as if he doesn't have the resources to produce his own
examples. He's just too lazy to do it. Instead he tries to use my
intellectual property to harass and intimidate me into wasting my time
"proving" what he already admitted he knows...
That my suggestion to another subscriber he could make a stunning and
unusual, flat field panorama by moving the camera instead of rotating
it, is used every day buy architectural photographers.
If he was the least bit interested in seeing one of my examples, I could
have sent him to nearby Ebenezer (NSW) where 3 of my "stepped out
panoramas" are displayed in a mansion near the Hawksbury river.
Instead this idiot decided to steal part of my web site containing four
copyright images and set about with his attempts to use them illegally.
If you think for a single moment he has any defense, you are a bigger
idiot than he is.

I have said it on may occasions Douggie, I have no problem whatsoever with
you persuing any copyright infirngment you feel the need to. I do however
take umbrage to you calling me a stalker and a bully when all I have done in
the past is call you out on your lies and deceptions, by the way, how is
Graham Hunt?
I don't undertake searches of DMV records or Electoral roles or even the
white pages to try and track down my detractors Douggie, you, on the other
hand have openly admitted to this stalking type behavior.
I beleive that the rest of your usual multi paragraph ranting should be
directed to Jeff R (though why you would bother as he has already more than
ably addressed your entire argument, and is more than willing to defend his
case against you in the proper medium of the Queensland justice system) You
continual re-hashing of all these legal ins and outs is doing nothing for
your chance of a resolution in your favour, and could very well be described
by Jeff R's Legal representative as undue harrasment and bullying, maybe its
time to reconsider your on-line stance.

Fighting fund?
That's a joke. The bastard stole my intellectual property, republished
it as his own (plagiarized it) and you think he's got a defense?
Not likely mate. Fair use does not include intimidation of the owner.
This prick may well be a teacher but there is no educational use in the
way he presented it.
Go ahead and "contribute" to him. You'be be better off donating it to
the save the whales fund or Greenpeace. At least it wouldn't be wasted.
As for your crack at the NSW Police... They provide a community service
of protection to anyone serving court documents in area where violence
is known to occur. Rooty Hill is one of those areas.
Get your facts straight mate or your contribution might exceed your
capacity to pay.

Maybe the Australian legal system is different, but on this side of the world
lawyers usually tell their clients to STFU if they actually have a valid case
and do their talking in court. A plaintiff with a weak case may shoot off his
yap to try to influence public opinion, but one with a strong case will
probably prefer not to tip his hand. YMMV, of course, so keep yammering if you
think it's a good tactic.
Or is all this talk of lawsuits and process servers ultimately just a bluff?
