Seems like the bird is not in focus but the green stuff in front.
It looks like you used a flash. In the eye you see a reflection at exactly
the right angle.
Not the best I've seen from you.

Interesting, if minor, point.

"Published" EXIF says no flash.
Embedded EXIF says yes flash.
Flat sppearance says yes.

What happened?  Typo?

Cute shot, nonetheless.

Flash was used on this pic as you can see by the shadow of the bird's
bill.  The EXIF info always gets screwed up like that on pbase.  For
example, the camera will be listed as "Canon Canon EOS 40D" unless I
chamge it.  I think it is because Canon uses nonstandard EXIF fields
or something.  I don't worry too much about it.
