Nice pictures I have lived for a while in the US and I can tell you distance there is something else then here in this little tiny country, called the Netherlands. I think you can call 10 miles still your "backyard". Most ppl understand that they should not take it that litteral as you do. 10 miles is maybe for dutch ppl a big distance, but where I lived in the US the closest supermarket was way more then those tiny 10 miles. So I don't think that anybody in the world gives a sh.t if it is his backyard, yes or no. And nobody will say: "Oh my god, that F****** B****** lied to me.
