Using Circular Polarizing Filters for Digital Infrared Photography

I've been experimenting with using a circular polarizing filter when
shooting digital infrared images:

Just as in normal digital photography a Yellow filter can be used as
well to bring out the clouds.  It's fun to try different filters on
the lens and then do a custom white balance to make it look normal.
