Took a rather large number of pics
Far too many for me to be stuffed posting all of them on a website but
these are some that I like.
Assorted and random

My personal Favourite has that whole frosted glass look.

Maybe you should check the C130 picture.
The tail number indicates it is a C-17 Globmaster III. much bigger than
a C-130.

You obviously went on the Sunday. I went on the saturday & it was so cold &
windy & cloudy so alot of my pictures were a little blurry from being blown
around. I'm still
learning my camera.

But it was still great. I took around 1000 & have pruned it just under 700
so far. Love your pictures though!!

Ditto. They are nice pics. I am / was looking forward to seeing what
others did so I can compare.
Can I ask what lens you used?
I was on a steep learning curve with my new D200 using my older 70-210
1:4 - 5:6 D lens.

Here are some (reduced and compressed obviously) that I took.
My goal for the day as to simply try a range of shutter speeds to see
the effect on moving aircraft. I shot on Shutter Priority all day.

I used the Canon 20D with the tokina Atx-APO 400mm f5.6 A rather rare
but excellent quality lens available for canon and Nikon if you can find
them.
The rest were with my 70-200 f4L and 1.4 teleconverter.
The wide angle shots of the transport were with the tokina 12-24 atx.
Cheers.

I went on the Saturday.

Canon 350D with 100-400L.

Yes it was cold and windy (and a bit wet), but I didn't let that bother me!

My better photos were taken in the afternoon, after the clouds cleared up a
bit and I'd had some practise :)
