$5 just to get in the door! Whatever happened to the sellers/stall holders
footing the expenses?
I guess they want to discourage as many potential buyers as possible, so
they can keep any bargains for themselves :-)
And heaven forbid people might want to browse without being serious traders.

Maybe they're providing a few glamour models to justify the cover charge?

I realise that of course, but still think charging customers to walk in your
shop door is not going to induce the maximum amount of potential buyers.
