Thanks for the tribute, D-Mac.  I think we can all agree that any of
the 20 pics of mine that you posted (oops, I meant "stole"), and in
fact, any pic I've ever taken, are better than anything your cameras
have ever crapped out.
To be fair, it should be pointed out that the pic of me and Tiger
Woods on my site (which you cropped down) was taken by a friend of
mine.

Here's a few more for you to suck on that I took this afternoon.

http://www.pbase.com/bret/image/74548821

And since you're a pixel-peeper here's a full-size shot from the 20D:
http://www.pbase.com/bret/image/74548755/original

Once again, I bump up against the limits of my equipment.
That's one problem you don't have to worry about, D-Mac.
Even a cheap cardboard throwaway cammy would greatly exceed your
ability to use it.

You see, D-Mac, unlike you I am not ashamed of my photos.
You can critique them all you want and I'm not gonna go yank them down
out of embarrassment like you would do.

D-Mac, I am glad you're back.  I feared your absence was due to some
unfortunate event in your life.  I'm glad you were just taking a few
days to put together my tribute page.  I'm truly touched.

BTW, have you seen your new pbase page yet?  I hear it is becoming
quite popular.

There's a new one? Where it is?

When I first read all the sh.t directed at you I felt sorry for you are
your business and livelihood were involved. I thought if he would just
stop replying it may go away.

But from this post I think you love the attention and go by the theory
any publicity is good publicity.
How Hogan posting your pics a breach of copyright and you jump up and
down but you feel you can do it to him?

I believe the people that were supportive of you through all this crap
will now think you are as much the problem as those against you.

You must be a really good and popular wedding photographer, you take
400-600 images at a typical wedding but on a perfect February weekend
you have time to steal pictures from a website and make a new website
with this images. One would think if you were so popular you would have
done a wedding on Saturday, the saturday following the 'most romantic'
day of the year and had that many images to edit you wouldn't have time
to fart let alone surf the net, but no you have time to build webpages.

Does your wife laugh at your jokes because the ones you put on that
webpage weren't funny in the slightest. At least the pbase site set up
by Hogan had a lot of humour with it.

All up, you setting up this page reminds me of the kid at school
replying to a smartarse with  'I know you are but what am I'.

TIA HAND

It works like this mate... You live in the northern Hemisphere. It's Monday
here and I've already processed Saturday's weddings...

Bret Hogan say fit to poke fun of me in the most despicable way possible...
By making insidious remarks about my clients. PBase took my photos off his
fraudulently created site but that wasn't good enough for him, was it? He
had to sink the boots in and keep it going and you think I'm wrong now by
getting off the ground and giving him back all he gave me and more? An eye
for an eye isn't enough now...

I have just contacted the Newcastle Herald my local paper in Newcastle
NSW Australia to tell them to investigate Newcastle being relocated to
the Northern Hemisphere over the weekend.

It's Monday

I must be in a weird Northern Hemisphere as it is Monday here already
and oh look at that we are an hour in front of you.

and I've already processed Saturday's weddings...

How many did you take?

And as I said it the OP it goes full circle and starts again, Oh well it
will be your business suffering no one elses.

Sorry to suggest you live with the mongrels... The way you presumed I posted
this on Sunday made me think that.
I'll give you a news flash...
Aus.photo is not responsible for any of my business. It never has been and
never will be. Something about photographers not paying photographers for
photography...

Can I just clarify that the difference in time zones has nothing to do
with which hemisphere you are in. It's your longitude that matters. I
know this might seem obvious to a few, but I hate to see statements like
that go unchallenged.
Another couple:
That The Great Wall of China can be seen from the moon,
That the moon landing is hoax
Summer is due to the Earth being closer to the sun
Canon cameras are better that Nikon
And so on  ;)

Part of the earth is, due to the axis tilt.

> Canon cameras are better that Nikon

Some of them are. Nikon have yet to seriously challenge the Canon 1DSMkII
for instance.
(or even the 5D for that matter)

MrT.
(who couldn't really give a rats what badge is on the camera)

But it WAS built to keep the rabbits out - wasn't it?

They need to build another one to keep the Telstra ads out! (Joking - I like
them. The ads that is, not the company <shudder>.)

A good indication of how much time and effort D-Mac puts into post
processing his images.
I guess his client base doesn't justify any more effort :-)

Random experimental shots, and every one of them better than your
crap, Douggie.

Tell us all some more lies about Gallery screwing up your photos,

WOW are they Photos that Brett took being used without permission of the
copywrite holder on YOUR web site, now that's a brave
move........................
Its even braver considering that even the most embarrassing photos you could
find of his are still 3000% better than all of your photos combined, good
thing you took the rest of your pics off line for a while so no one can
compare them LOL

anyhow, enjoy your time here, because if it were me, the feds would be
bursting down the door on your houseboat in a few hours and serving you with
some fairly substantial legal writs, but then its not me you have to worry
about is it ;-)
