Ummm, I think the top half is so much better than the bottom.  I would
have cropped out all that uninteresting detail in the bottom of the
frame.

1. I love the fact you didn't call it THE picture of the week.... much
more humble approach!

2. I would agree the need to crop.... not sure how... it seems quite
lopsided.... possibly first to remove the positive image of the
people... just use the reflections... and a bit of the negative space at
the top of the frame..... which is good, but overwhelming.

On the html page is wrote "each monday a new photo".
It's clear, in fact. Or I hope.

Crop the picture is a possibility. But in fact I like to see the
positive image
of people walking in the street. But cutting this part is logical for
me
to get more unreal look.

No matter what you do to that picture it will not work.
I would just delete it and start again.

Gordon isn't prejudiced - he gets off by abusing EVERYONE.....indicative of a
very, very damaged psyche.....

If you take the time to look you`ll see he also posts to
alt.photography.  But over there they have enough sense to ignore him.

He posts in rec.photo.equipment.35mm as well, so he seems to be
multi-posting as distinct from cross-posting.  Multi-posting is not
looked on with favour, even less than cross-posting.
