(This is not spam, this is a genuine announcement to photographers.)

I am running a photo competition on my website.
You can win a 1.3m aluminum tripod each week.
You will also go into the running for the yearly prize.
The competition is open to everyone world wide.

Each month we will change the prize, next month we have 4 Lowepro
camera bags up for grabs.

It is free to enter, you must sign up, (only an email is required and
it will not be used for spam or third party marketing.

Your photos must be creative, original and can be what ever you want in
accordance with the rules. (Please note if you don't want to release
your photo as a royalty free image you must state that in the
description when uploading the photo, you are also allowed to make
reference to your website)

The top 3 photos will win a 1.3meter aluminum tripod and be entered
into the yearly competition.

Winners will be contacted via email and names will be posted on the
website.

Rules / Terms and conditions-
1.    Competition runs between 07/01/2007 till 15/02/2007
2.    The top 3 photos will be awarded a prize and will be entered into
the yearly competition
3.    Users can upload as many photos as the like.
4.    The winners will be based on votes from other users and jpgs.com.au
judges.
5.    All images submitted must be original.
6.    Images will be used as royalty free images unless specified by the
uploaded in the description; you must add a copyright note.

7.    Photos must be of a tasteful nature, i.e. no hard core x rated porn,
bestiality, murder or groups photos.
8.    All terms and conditions are set by jpgs.com.au and are subject to
change.
9.    The competition is open to everyone world wide.
10.    Prizes will be shipped via Aus post
11.    There must be at least 50 entrants in total for the competition to
be valid.
12.    Winners will be notified by e-mail and posted on the web site.
13.    jpgs.com.au reserves all rights.

Specify what make the tripod is please. This could be any piece of aluminium!

Better but again specify the prize exactly this is too vague.

Copyright should be automatic and not a ploy to inveigle copyright or to amass a royalty free library for you to profit by.

Will they all win the prize of the month? And what are the terms of the yearly competition and it's prize?

And so you gain if you can't attract 50 submissions

You are scamming if you retain all rights, copyright is not being given away and is unlikely you'll find many takers here.

Aghh f.ck it.... too hard.

Any one want a royal free image site? going really cheap! sick of all
the dicks that like to focus on the negatives. tommorow I will pull the

pin on it.

Last time I try and do somthing for free.
