Please be aware one of your users, Shane Hudson, is breaking your terms
and conditions of your service agreement. He uses unacceptable language
and did, in fact, initiate the word of words that I am having with him.
If he is your employee, I urge you to consider firing him, as he is a
very poor representation of IINET. If he is a customer, I urge you to
suspend or cancel his network access. Shane appears to lack the maturity
to deal with conflict on the network newsgroups.

I admit, I use rough language against him but your user did initiate
this conflict and I feel no obligation to user kid-gloves on him.

Shane Hudson is a very disturbed individual and should immediately seek
psychiatric help. By providing Shane Hudson with Internet access you
are, in essence, are at least partially enabling his deviant behavior.

You can examine his posting and you will easily see that Shane has
gotten himself into a bit of a situation. Shane has posted lewd and
lascivious comments and shows that he has not been properly socialized
by his parents.

Shane Hudson has cross posted to other groups and appears to be an
overall menace. I await a response to action taken against your mentally
unstable user, Shane Hudson.
