I think the point is, this is not a one off.

Yes, the bastard keeps on going around photographing "things" all the time -
how dare he!

He clearly doesn't understand the Rules of photography.

Yep. He needs to post them on Flickr, like everyone else!

Are you Daniel??

If you look back over his early POTW one was of a poster on the wall,
one was of a photographer taking a shot of a model.

He has posted some interesting shots but seems more comfortable
photographing something someone else has set up for him

How dare he!  I think you should report
him to ASIO: gotta be a terrorist, for sure!...

would be really hard to street-photograph something
someone else hasn't set up for him.  Unless he only
took artificial studio shots and built a whole city indoors...

He shoots candids and "slice of life" shots - all perfectly valid forms.
That you don't understand them, or they make you all frustrated and
indignant is your problem, not his.

They don't have 'Sarcasm' in France?

They call it "sarcasme", but clearly having a name for it doesn't mean
everyone understands it.

If you read you can find "Each monday

web page. Is it clear for all ?
