Some interesting information, and not to wish to belittle, but...
Saint Deekster (McClelland) has beaten you to it by a large margin as
per a post yesterday that at first glance looked like spam, but did in
fact contain some extremely useful links including:

http://movielibrary.lynda.com/html/modPage.asp?ID=327

There's a bunch of live action QuickTime clips showing CS3 in action,
including one on Bridge 2.0. (I'd skip the one on "Photoshop's First
Public Beta" which basically just promotes the training series.) The
files are obviously larger than Wayne's site, but the content is all
that those who know McClelland expect, and those who don't, should. I
found the one on Camera Raw 4.0 to be most interesting as well.

Looks like the Deke-meister has defected from Total Training to Lynda
for the CS3 training series. I hope they go for a theme in the final
product like TT did with the CS2 one; sure will miss Deke in those
Renaissance pantaloons...
