Pictures around the Northern Harbour area (Sydney)

Coming up to visit friends in Belrose on the weekend and they said they will
take me down to the harbour around Manly to get some shots.

They mentioned a North Harbour walk, Is this a popular walking trail or like
a bush walk. Is it worth doing to get some decent shots??

Anywhere else you can suggest

That'd be great, as would a visit to North Head. I've never done the
walk, but I know pretty much where it goes. (I live in Manly.) I
believe it's all paved, so it's easy on the feet. Pack a light
tripod. The weather's been a bit overcast for the past few days and
it's quite variable. Some sun, some clouds.

I might be wrong, but I'd say that walk would great at sunrise. There
are lots of east facing parts.

Trying to choose between all the great areas for photos for a short
stay is close to impossible.

Go down next thursday and get pictures of the aus.tv Hash Run,
apparently it is down the North Harbour walk.

Make sure you post them so we will then know what a has run is.

I am not sure what it is, to me it sounds like they get stoned and go
for a run looking for hidden hash.

hash as in Hash House Harriers ...otherwise known as runners with a drinking
problem, or is that drinkers with a running problem ?
