Mmmm, very Jeffrey Smart-ish. Love the colours (but that almost goes
without saying in your shots), and I like the way the gantry provides
framing. (Though I'll probably love it even more when I finally find a
good-enough-for-photos large LCD monitor and can see the whole thing
in one bite...)

Yeeeeeeah... but you lose a lot of the effect that way. Me? I'd rather
find a nice, big photo quality screen! [Drools slightly...] 8^>

(My 17" CRT has served me well and was Da Bomb when I got it, but it's
time to move on; as soon as I can find what to move on TO.)

<psssst>
use Firefox, it'll auto-resize jpgs to whatever size your screen is
...on the other hand, Xmas is coming...

So does IE6 if you let it.

Similar dilemma here. I think it's worth waiting to see what the new laser
displays will be like, until then some big a.s CRTs can be found cheap on
EBay.

Same argument - should I buy a digital camera now or wait till the new
model is released.

Samsung are selling a 19" LCD for $318, last time I looked. this is as
big as a 21" CRT and is quite capable of sorting photos. Excellent
screen BTW.
