Had a great post about his miracle software that only seemed to work on
someone elses photo that he was not allowed to use, farted and then
evaporated and nothing since. Or has he just changed his name again??

I'm still waiting for him to send me the free print. I sent him an
email via his website and left all my details as requested - that was
on the 24th. So far I have heard nothing from him by mail, email or
phone.

Maybe he's having a tanty 'cause no-one believes him.

And I'm sure he will morph into others - he's up to about 30 identities
so far.  He's a little stroppy with me at the moment, as I keep
spotting, and 'outing', him.

His standard modus operandi is to post misleading claims (always,
strangely and inexplicably, about his own companies abilities..) and
silly webpages, and then after they don't get the slavish adoration he
desires, or if someone like me points out the glaring flaws in his
examples, he pulls the webpages, vanishes for a while, and then returns
under a new name to try it on again.

He has pulled most of his webpages down for the moment, but there is an
email address here if you wish to contact him directly.

Hey, you might want to buy his domain and benefit from his reputation!
(You'll understand when you go to that link)

Or his contact page is still up, here:

Interesting to read on  rec.photo.equipment.35mm  that Doug has now given up
of digital SLR and is heading back to film... and the recently touted
"brilliant 5D" is now a piece of crap!

May I quote the man himself....

Yes, that was March *2004*.....  It seems some things never change..

Personally.. I just can't wait!
