You recently advertised some OEM software for sale on these NGs. I arranged
to purchase some of this software and transferred $850 to your bank account.
You acknowledged receipt of my money and said that you had mailed the
software to me over 2 weeks ago. I did not receive the software and you
agreed to transfer the money back to my bank account. The money has not been
transferred to date and despite numerous emails to you (none of which
bounced back to me), and leaving messages on your mobile phone answering
machine, you have for some reason not responded. Please contact me at your
earliest convenience and therefore avoid me having to take the unpleasant
step of legal action to retrieve my $850. I am a pensioner and can ill
afford to lose such a large sum of money. Thankyou

I have been contacted by Mr Pappas and this matter is now in the process of
reconciliation.
