Nice shot! Thanks a bunch. Now my submission will look even worse than
normal. Unless I can actually stumble on some real news even in progress,
react quickly, and get a shot.

You don't need a news event -  you just need to shoot something in the style
of photo journalism.

Just go to any place young people are drinking... you'll get plenty of
opportunities to photograph stupid behavior and tell a story about it.

It's Mark's mandate, not mine.

Oddly enough along the lines of "Cinema Verité", the 4th Mandate in
round I of the SI.
