Hello,
I've got a friend who accidentally exposed a kodak tmax3200 film at iso 400.
Since we had quite high expectations about the photographs we wondered if anyone
knows how this can be properly developed so that at least something is left from
the photographs.
We have Tmax and D76 developer available.
Thanks for any suggestions,
Jan

It's not that big a deal, TMZ is really an ISO 1000 film with an
overdevelopment prescription for shooting at 3200. You're looking at
just over a 1 stop pull from the natural speed. I'd say look at the
data sheets, but there's a film-and-labs newsgroup that is probably
a better place to ask.

Take another roll first, as a test, and try this: Use Microdol-X
straight and develop for about 10 minutes at 68F. Develop half the roll
(leave the tongue out after, don't rewind all the way) and see how it
looks when printed. Do not develop the 'good' roll until you have done
this, otherwise you could be SOL.
